Hi, my name is  Dilan Doiki, I am 19 years of age.

I come from a mixed parentage of East Sepik,Eastern Highlands and the Central Province of Papua New Guinea. I was born and brought up in Goroka

I went through formal education  from elementary to secondary. After the completion of my secondary education, I was accepted  at the University of Goroka to study Creative Industries under the Expressive Arts Department majoring dance and drama. This is my second year.

My aspiration in life is to one day become a professional actor in PNG.

It is really an opportunity for me to participate in  the ‘Yumi Piksa’ workshop. I anticipate to learning a lot in this workshop. After this workshop, the knowledge acquired would assist me in the development of the filming of my peoples historical heritage.
